Job Summary:
As a Performance Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-based marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your expertise in paid media, data analysis, and conversion optimization will be crucial in driving measurable results and achieving our clients’ marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, identifying trends and insights to optimize and improve ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop customized marketing strategies.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with industry regulations and platform guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Expert, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years in performance marketing.
- Strong proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, KPIs, and analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels for better conversion rates.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and other advanced performance marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and their integration with paid marketing strategies.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
