Job Summary:
As a Jr. Visualiser, you will assist in conceptualizing and developing visual designs for marketing campaigns, digital assets, and branding projects. You will work closely with senior designers and art directors to translate briefs into compelling visuals while learning and growing within a creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of visual concepts for print, digital, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce designs that meet client briefs and brand guidelines.
- Support the senior design team in executing and delivering creative assets on time.
- Adapt designs and layouts across multiple platforms while ensuring consistency.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outputs are delivered on schedule.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to your work where relevant.
- Ensure visual content aligns with the overall brand identity and client objectives.
- Take feedback constructively and implement design revisions as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a graphic design or visualization role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills in design.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Basic understanding of layout design, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with basic animation and motion graphics is a plus.
- Familiarity with web design and HTML/CSS would be an added advantage.
