Technical Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising strategies and execution.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, performance tracking tools, and ROI analysis.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media reporting tools.

Job Summary:
As an Account Manager – Social Media, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing client social media accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative social media campaigns. You will lead a team to execute and optimize social media strategies while maintaining close relationships with clients to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of social media strategies for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations to enhance their social media presence.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate detailed reports for clients, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and industry changes to recommend innovative strategies to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content creators, designers, copywriters) to ensure cohesive messaging and timely delivery of projects.
  • Handle crisis management and ensure effective communication during high-stakes situations on social media platforms.
  • Ensure timely communication and regular meetings with clients to maintain strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Social Media Account Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record in managing high-profile client accounts and delivering measurable social media results.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Expertise in social media advertising, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Excellent understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering on expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content marketing and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and SEO strategies.
  • Certification in Google Analytics or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
